Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use asktobooked.com, purchase Who Shows Up First? (the "guide"), or engage asktobooked ("we," "us") for consulting. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. They're written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us before you buy.
1. The product
The guide is a digital PDF — a 14-page self-audit and action plan for AI search visibility, sold as a one-time purchase. It is delivered by email to the address you use at checkout, normally within one business day.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The price is shown at checkout in USD. We don't see or store your card details.
3. Your license to the guide
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide within your own business. You may share it with people who work in your business. You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, or distribute it outside your business. The guide and everything on this site remain our intellectual property.
4. Refunds
The guide comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms.
5. Consulting
Consulting engagements (such as the Personalized AI Visibility Audit) are scoped and agreed by email before any payment. We cap intake — currently three new clients per month — and may decline or defer engagements. The specific deliverables, pricing, and timeline for consulting are those stated in our written agreement with you, not on this site.
6. No ranking guarantees
AI assistants and search products generate answers dynamically and change constantly. We do not promise that you will be named, ranked, or recommended by any AI platform, or that any specific revenue outcome will follow from the guide or consulting. Anyone who guarantees a spot in an AI answer is selling something they can't deliver — that includes us, which is why we don't. The guide and our reports are educational and advisory; decisions about your business remain yours.
7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, copy, or republish this site's content, misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The site, the guide, and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond the refund guarantee. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the site, the guide, or our services is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which asktobooked is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one in force. Changes don't apply retroactively to purchases already made.
