asktobooked ("we," "us") sells a digital field guide and runs AI-visibility audits for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use asktobooked.com or buy from us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and we only email you what you asked for.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you email us — to request a free mini-audit, book a strategy call, ask a question, or request a refund — we receive whatever you include, typically your name, business name, trade, city, and contact details.
Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and purchase details so we can deliver the guide and honor the refund guarantee. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store it. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Technical basics. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google to fetch the font files.

We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and we do not set cookies.

To deliver the field guide to the email you used at checkout
To run the free mini-audit or consulting work you requested and send you the results
To respond to questions and process refunds

We do not add you to marketing lists or drip campaigns. If we ever offer an email list, it will be strictly opt-in.

What we share

We don't sell or rent personal information — to anyone, ever. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (fonts), and our email hosting provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and the 30-day guarantee. Emails and audit materials are kept as long as they're useful for serving you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@asktobooked.com and we'll handle it — typically within a few business days. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), some of these rights are guaranteed to you by law; we honor them for everyone regardless.

Children

The site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle purchase data will be noted prominently.
